Try to smile at least once a day: it works wonders for you and others and it’s easier than a frown.

Drink two litres of water a day – but why not reward yourself with a glass of wine in the evening.

Everything in moderation is permissible – so be naughty sometimes!

The people who brought the Frusì product idea to life

We’ve had the time of our lives creating our Frusì product for you. It’s been a real rollercoaster – with some truly wonderful moments we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.

Like you, we’re all very different - but share the belief that women (and men, of course) simply want real, wholesome, tasty food that makes us feel naturally fabulous.

When one of you tasted the very first pot of Frusì, grinned, sighed and then said “Mmm – delicious!” we knew we were on to something seriously good.

Meet Blanche – the Frusì family’s Mother figure

When we created Frusì we were inspired by a love of simple, natural food and had a dream of combining it with the unbeatable, indulgent taste of ice cream.

When I tasted a Frusì pot for the first time I knew we’d cracked it. The contrasting flavours of tangy raspberry and creamy yogurt… the ‘al dente’ texture of the fruit… It was something totally different, new and absolutely fabulous.

To me a pot of Frusì is more than a delicious snack. It represents what we’re all looking for in life. Simple things that make us feel fabulous. I love sport and food but my favourite thing in the world is playing princesses with my little daughter, even though I always end up being the witch!

Meet Annabelle– the Frusì family’s daughter

Why daughter? Well, Frusì and I have grown up together.

I’ve been involved with every aspect of creating our Frusì product – dreaming it up, the packaging, the advertising, and even this web site. But the best moment of all – the Eureka moment – was when we came up with the name. It’s so simple, so fruity - just so Frusì!

My favourite Frusì flavour combination is Mango and raspberry because it reminds me of backpacking in Australia when I used to eat juicy, ripe mangos on the beach for breakfast.

I love yoga (although work often gets in the way of my “omm” time!), long country walks, and staying out late dancing with my girlfriends. After all that, I need a very long lie-in next morning!

Meet Raffaella– the Frusì family’s dad (but she’s really a girl)

Like a lot of fathers, I suppose I’m the one who provides the discipline and stops the rest of the team from getting too carried away. It was my job to make sure that everything we did was just right for our ideal ‘Frusì’ woman – you.

Working on the creation of our Frusì product has been brilliant - like watching a beautiful flower blooming. My perfect moment was when one of you described the Frusì pot as “happiness in a bowl”. That was amazing and made all our hard work seem worthwhile.

I’m a real outdoors person and love skiing or tennis. After all that exercise I’m always famished and like nothing better than cooking a really delicious meal for friends or trying out new restaurants.

Meet Camilla– the Frusì family’s chef

I’m the one who had to make the dream come true – so I’ve thought of nothing else for over a year. I had to scour the world for the tangiest raspberries, the juiciest mango and the perfect combination of wholegrain cereals and find the ideal dairy to make our creamy yogurt. There’s nothing I don’t know about the ingredients that go into a Frusì pot!

Gardening really makes me happy and relaxed. I like nothing better than pottering around on my roof terrace where I grow tiny trees, scented geraniums, herbs and vegetables. For thrills I ride my motorbike.
